1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using ReStitch ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. These Terms apply in addition to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA), which governs your use of the App through the Apple App Store.

1. Description of Service

ReStitch is a fashion assistant mobile application that provides AI-powered suggestions for upcycling and styling clothing. The App processes your uploaded photos to generate personalized fashion recommendations and styling suggestions.

1. License Grant and Restrictions

3.1 License to Use: Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

3.2 Restrictions: You may not:

• Use the App for any commercial purpose or resale
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Attempt to derive the source code of the App
• Create derivative works based on the App
• Use the App in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Upload content that infringes third-party rights or contains illegal material
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others

User Content and Data

4.1 Ownership: You retain ownership of all photos and content you upload to the App.

4.2 License Grant: By uploading content, you grant ReStitch a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
